New Working Application in Greek Telecommunications Institution

The Greek Telecommunications Institution (OTE) will try out a 4-day workweek model for its employees.
As part of this pilot program, employees will be offered flexible working options.
These include working 10 hours a day for 4 days a week, flexible remote work, working from European Union countries, and working less with salary deductions. No option will be mandatory, but employees will have the opportunity to determine their work schedule according to their personal needs.
The program aims to make employees' daily lives easier and to balance their private and professional lives. Initially, the pilot program will start in the information technology and human resources departments and will be valid for all staff after evaluations.
