After a series of violent explosions shook Kiev on Monday night, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that a military-industrial complex and fuel-energy facilities had been hit with precision-guided munitions. In the pinpoint strike operation carried out by Russia using high-precision weapons, at least 6 critical military factories, including UAV production workshops, were destroyed.
