Rosatom Chief Lihaçev Reports Drone Attack on Zaporozhye NPP

The Ukrainian army's indiscriminate attacks continue to pose significant risks to the region. Rosatom Chief Aleksey Lihaçev announced a drone attack on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). The attack targeted the gallery connecting the power units, but no explosion occurred. Lihaçev stated that the affected area was just a few meters away from the 3rd reactor building.Artillery and drone attacks on Energodar city and the surrounding NPP area continue daily. Remotely laid mines are also targeting civilian vehicles. Lihaçev noted that the city's electricity supply is being provided according to a specific schedule, but energy outage issues persist in some neighborhoods and apartments.
