Man Hospitalized After Allegedly Eating Deadly Nightshade Flower

A 40-year-old man from Aydın, Turkey, was hospitalized after allegedly eating the flower of the deadly nightshade plant.The man, Namık Özden, from the Alamut neighborhood, called the 112 Emergency Call Center for help after feeling unwell. He was taken to Nazilli State Hospital by ambulance, where he told doctors . As his condition worsened, he was transferred to the Aydın Adnan Menderes University Hospital and placed in the intensive care unit for treatment.
