Heatwave Continues: Short-Term Rain Showers Expected in 10 Provinces

The heatwave in our country continues to affect the weather. According to today's weather forecasts, high temperatures will persist. The Toros region, Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Bilecik, Bursa, Kütahya, Bolu, and Karabük, as well as the western coastal areas of Balıkesir, are expected to experience short-term rain showers in the afternoon. According to the forecasts made by the Meteorology General Directorate, the Toros region in East Mediterranean, Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Bilecik, Bursa, Kütahya, Bolu, and Karabük, as well as the western coastal areas of Balıkesir, are expected to be locally rainy and thunderous, while other areas are expected to be partly cloudy and clear. The air temperature throughout Turkey will be above the seasonal averages.It is expected to be partly and heavily cloudy, with local rain and thunder showers in Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Bursa, and Bilecik, as well as in the western coastal areas of Balıkesir.
