Forest Fire in Yatağan's Agricultural Area, Intervention from Air and Land

A fire that broke out in an agricultural area in Muğla's Yatağan district spread to a forested area due to the effective wind. As part of the intervention efforts, 3 planes, 12 helicopters, 18 off-road vehicles, 4 water tankers, 2 bulldozers, and 185 personnel were dispatched to the area under the coordination of the General Directorate of Forestry. The teams are working intensively to control the flames by approaching the fire area from both air and land. Considering the wind's impact in the fire zone, the teams are evaluating all possibilities to prevent the fire from growing.
