New Bureaus to Monitor Judicial Processes
The Ministry of Justice has decided to establish 'Bureaus for the Effectiveness of Judicial Services' in courthouses to reduce delays and inefficiencies in judicial processes. Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek announced that the establishment of these bureaus will make judicial processes more efficient and solve problems faced by the public. Minister Gürlek stated on social media that the establishment of the 'Bureaus for the Effectiveness of Judicial Services' is an important step in judicial reform and will help identify and solve problems in judicial services. The bureaus, which will be established in accordance with the Judicial Reform Strategy Document, will operate within the first-instance courts and regional courts of justice and administrative courts. Through these bureaus, the duration of case reviews and waiting times in courts, as well as their compliance with target durations, will be regularly monitored and analyzed, and the collected data will be reported.
