Major Blow to Drug Trafficking: 976 Suspects Detained in 76 Provinces

In a large-scale operation spanning 76 provinces over the last two weeks, a significant blow has been dealt to drug traffickers. According to the Ministry of Interior's statement, the operation resulted in the seizure of 1 ton 707 kilograms of narcotics and 2 million 156 thousand 215 drug pills. Out of the 1,926 suspects taken into custody, 976 were detained, and 376 individuals were placed under judicial control. The Ministry emphasized that the fight against drug trafficking continues unabated across the country.
