Critical Development in Investigation into Famous Singer Güllü's Death: Heavy Sentence Requested for Daughter

The investigation into the death of famous singer Güllü, who fell from the balcony of her home in Yalova, has been completed. The prosecutor's office has requested an aggravated life sentence for her daughter, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, on charges of 'intentional killing of a superior by design'. As part of the investigation, audio recordings from security cameras analyzed by Istanbul Technical University revealed a young woman's voice saying 'Hadi görüşüüürüüz' in a mocking and cheerful tone just before Güllü's fall. The prosecutor's office believes this voice belongs to Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter. The indictment alleges that the suspect grabbed her mother from under the hips with both hands, lifted her feet off the ground, and threw her out of the window, which is approximately 18.17 meters high. This assessment forms the basis of the prosecutor's charges regarding the circumstances of the incident. The indictment also details the changes in the statements of witness Sultan Nur Ulu. Initially, the witness stated that Güllü fell from the window while intoxicated, but later changed her statement to claim that the incident occurred differently. If the indictment prepared by the prosecutor's office is accepted, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter will face the court with a request for an aggravated life sentence on charges of 'intentional killing of a superior by design'.
