Famous Actor Reveals Battle with Alzheimer's Disease

Renowned actor Danny Glover has revealed that he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease approximately three years ago. Glover is best known for his role in the 'Lethal Weapon' film series. As Glover approaches his 80th birthday, he stated that he is still in the process of coming to terms with his diagnosis. 'I still haven't fully accepted all aspects of this in my mind. Sometimes I experience moments that show my memory is still strong. Some memories will never leave my mind' he said. Throughout his career, Glover has been nominated for four Emmy Awards. In 2022, he was awarded an Honorary Oscar for his contributions to cinema. In addition to his acting career, Glover is also recognized for his work in human rights and social justice, having served as a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme.
