Famous Musician Protests Against Double Taxi Fare in Marmaris

Famous musician and programmer Ayhan Sicimoğlu shared the double taxi fare applied in Marmaris on his social media account. Sicimoğlu stated that for a distance of 2.1 km from Marina to Cruise Port, Italian tourists are charged 10 Euros, while Turks are charged 300 liras, emphasizing that this situation is unacceptable.The difference between the fare applied to foreign tourists and the fare applied to Turkish citizens in Marmaris outraged the musician. Ayhan Sicimoğlu thinks that such practices may be one of the reasons for the decrease in the number of tourists coming to the country.
