Student Amnesty Arrangement Passed in Commission: All Details

With the bill accepted in the TBMM National Education Commission, students who have been disconnected or cannot use their registration rights, except for certain exceptions, will be able to return to their universities in the 2026-2027 academic year if they apply.The bill accepted in the TBMM National Education, Culture, Youth and Sports Commission makes changes to the Higher Education Law. Accordingly, higher education institutions established by law, without distinction between state and foundation, will start education and training with the decision of the Higher Education Council.
