New Appointments in Universities: 8 Rectors and 4 New YÖK Members

The appointments made by the Presidency were published in the Official Gazette. 4 new members were appointed to the Higher Education Council, and new rectors were assigned to 8 universities. Within the scope of the appointment, Prof. Dr. Kemal Şenocak and Prof. Dr. İlhan İlkılıç were appointed as members of the Higher Education Council, while Presidential General Secretary Hakkı Susmaz and Prof. Dr. Mürteza Bedir were also elected as members of the same council. In addition, new rector appointments were made for 8 universities. It is stated that these appointments are an important step for the universities.
