Soyuz MS-28 Spacecraft Departs from the International Space Station

According to the Russian Federal Space Agency Roscosmos, the Soyuz MS-28 spacecraft, carrying two Russian cosmonauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergey Mikayev and NASA astronaut Christopher Williams, has departed from the International Space Station. The planned time for landing back on Earth is 12:50 Moscow time (same as Turkish time), and the location is set near the city of Jenkazgan in Kazakhstan. The Roscosmos-NASA team has been on duty at the International Space Station since November 27. The Soyuz MS-29 spacecraft, which arrived at the International Space Station on July 14, is carrying Pyotr Dubrov, Anna Kikina, and American astronaut Anil Menon, who will take over the duties of Kud-Sverchkov, Mikayev, and Williams for the next 8 months. NASA President Jared Isaacman, who made an official visit to the Baikonur Cosmodrome after an 8-year hiatus, also witnessed the launch of Soyuz MS-29.
