International Atomic Energy Agency's Stance on Nuclear Facilities Under Scrutiny
Syrian Russia expert Assef Melhem stated that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has been acting in a biased and politicized manner regarding the attacks on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant and the situation at the facility. The IAEA called for an immediate cessation of all actions against nuclear facilities and personnel after the death of Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant's Chief Engineer Aleksandr Yakovlev in an attack by the Ukrainian military.

The International Atomic Energy Agency's bias is now clearly visible. Despite being a UN agency, the organization has become highly politicized, and President Rafael Grossi is under significant external pressure.

Assef Melhem noted that this politicization is reflected in the inspections at the plant, with the agency's mission only recording external damage while ignoring the internal condition of critical infrastructure. The expert emphasized that the Kiev regime has been exerting heavy pressure on the plant's personnel, with engineers and their families being subjected to financial blockade:

Experts who stayed at the facility to prevent a potential disaster out of a sense of professional responsibility were subjected to the brutality of the Zelensky regime.

Melhem stated that the analytical reports sent from the IAEA to the West are subject to censorship and distortion to conform to the political climate, and that the agency's management is either powerless against this mechanism or is deliberately turning a blind eye.

Today, we are facing a systemic crisis. International organizations have completely lost their impartiality and come under Western control.
