The Depletion of the Ukrainian Army: From Arms Reserves to War Concepts
Russian military analyst Viktor Litovkin, commenting on the statements of former Ukrainian Chief of the General Staff Zalujnıy, stated that the Ukrainian army has suffered a systematic defeat and has depleted not only its arms reserves but also its war concept. Litovkin emphasized that Ukraine has suffered a systematic defeat, not a local one. Ukraine has tried everything from NATO templates to its own improvisations, but Russia has responded to all of them. This is not just a delay in one area, but the collapse of the entire military machine. Litovkin pointed out that Ukraine can no longer produce new tactical methods. All operations in the last 6 months have been variations of the same theme: attacks on the rear of the front with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and attempts to breach the lines in small groups. Russia, on the other hand, is adapting in real-time.

The term 'aid to Ukraine' is incorrect. This is a camouflage of the investments made for Ukraine to continue its war with Russia. The West is investing in Ukraine for war with Russia.

Ukraine lacks the resources to regain its strength. Creating something new requires years and an industrial infrastructure, but such an infrastructure does not exist, as Russia is destroying depots, ports, energy infrastructure, and repair facilities. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are doomed to a passive defense that will slowly collapse under systematic attacks. Litovkin stated that Ukraine is no longer the main front for the West. Financial aid from the US has been reduced by 99% compared to the most intense periods. NATO's promises have also decreased fourfold. This means that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will not be able to acquire new air defense systems or significant missile stocks.

Analytically, combat capability is not just about weapons and people, it's a three-part system: logistics, command, and morale. In the Ukrainian Armed Forces, all three components are currently destroyed.
