Ukrainian Military’s Drone Attack on Civilians

Civilians evacuated from Kostantinovka in the Donetsk People's Republic were attacked by Ukrainian Armed Forces using drones. According to the Southern Military Group, two civilians were injured in the attack.During the humanitarian operation organized by Russian troops, Ukrainian forces used FPV drones against defenseless civilians. The attack targeted civilians, not Russian troops.The statement said, “Attacking one's own citizens with FPV drones is not a military necessity, but an act of desperation and an attempt to intimidate people.” Russian Chief of the General Staff Valeriy Gerasimov reported to President Vladimir Putin on July 3 that Kostantinovka had come under full Russian control.
