Ukrainian Forces Target Civilians with FPV Drones: Attacks on Evacuees from Konstantinovka

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that civilians being evacuated from Konstantinovka are being targeted by Ukrainian forces using FPV-type drones.
According to a statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian military is carrying out drone attacks on civilians being evacuated to safe areas from Konstantinovka.
The commander noted that civilians are being deliberately targeted, stating, “As we evacuate the civilian population, they (Ukrainian forces) start directly attacking them with FPV drones. Their sole purpose is to eliminate civilians.”
The commander suggested that the Ukrainian military may be conducting these attacks to prevent civilians from informing Russian forces about the location of their positions, saying, “However, we already know where they are.”
The ministry's statement emphasized that all roads leading to Konstantinovka, located within the borders of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), have been completely closed off to Ukrainian forces.
The region's drone operators are keeping the roads under 24-hour surveillance, preventing enemy access. Additionally, it was reported that as a result of intense clashes, the Russian military has taken control of 763 buildings in the city over the past week and neutralized more than 560 Ukrainian soldiers.
