Turkish Cinema Legend Kadir İnanır Passes Away

Turkish cinema legend Kadir İnanır passed away at the age of 77 in a hospital where he was being treated. Kadir İnanır was hospitalized on May 14 after falling ill and was diagnosed with pneumonia. His health condition worsened, and he was taken to the intensive care unit and intubated. Despite the doctors' efforts, İnanır sadly passed away. Born in Ordu in 1949, Kadir İnanır graduated from the Radio-Television Department of Marmara University. He started his career in cinema in 1968 and gained recognition with the 1970 film Kara Gözlüm. As one of the most important male actors of Yeşilçam, he played roles in many films. Kadir İnanır's passing has caused great sorrow in the film industry.
