Trump Slams Iran: 'A Foolish Violation of Our Ceasefire Agreement'

US President Donald Trump has strongly condemned Iran's actions in the Strait of Hormuz. In a statement on the Truth Social platform, Trump described Iran's interception of three ships as 'a foolish violation of our ceasefire agreement'.It was reported that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps had stopped three oil tankers attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz without permission, and the tankers had returned to the Persian Gulf.

Damage was done, but the ship was able to continue on its way. We shot down the other three drones. Clearly, this is a foolish violation of our ceasefire agreement.

According to a report on Iranian state television, the ships tried to pass through the Strait of Hormuz without coordinating with the Revolutionary Guard Corps. The ships were warned and stopped, and after heeding the warnings, they returned to the Persian Gulf. It was also emphasized that any ship passage through the Strait of Hormuz must be along the route designated by Iran and under the coordination of the Iranian armed forces.
