TOKİ Puts 737 Plots Up for Sale in 49 Provinces: Prices Start at 315,000 Lira

The Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) is putting 737 plots of land up for sale in 49 provinces through an open auction method. The prices of the plots in provinces such as Antalya, Çanakkale, Samsun, Istanbul, and Izmir start at 315,000 lira.The plot sales will take place on August 12, 13, and 14, 2026, at the Ankara Bilkent Hotel and the TOKİ Istanbul Service Building through an open auction method. Bids can also be placed online. Buyers will be able to acquire plots for residential, commercial, tourism, agricultural, industrial, sports, private education, urban study, unplanned area, recreation area, fuel station area, and afforestation purposes with a 25% down payment and 48 months of financing, or a 30% down payment and 48 months of financing.Some properties will be sold for cash, with a 15% discount applied to cash purchases. A total of 2,777,954 square meters of land in Adıyaman, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balıkesir, Bartın, Bilecik, Bingöl, Bitlis, Burdur, Bursa, Çanakkale, Çorum, Diyarbakır, Edirne, Elazığ, Erzincan, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Karaman, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Konya, Kütahya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Nevşehir, Ordu, Sakarya, Samsun, Sinop, Şanlıurfa, Şırnak, Tekirdağ, Tunceli, Van, Yalova, and Zonguldak will be sold through open auction.
