TMSF Appointed as Trustee for AHBAP Association's Affiliates

As part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has been appointed as a trustee for the affiliates of the AHBAP association.According to a statement from TMSF, as part of the investigation, the Fund was appointed as a trustee for the economic enterprises and companies affiliated with the AHBAP association.Additionally, based on a separate court decision, three individuals were appointed as direct management trustees for the association.The court decision stated that the association's activities have ceased, and measures have been taken regarding its accounts and assets, with the dissolution process initiated.Pursuant to the Associations Law and relevant legislation, Attorneys Rıdvan Can and Mustafa Göktuğ Kaya, and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kasım Han were appointed as independent trustees to manage the association's immovable properties, vehicles, and cash assets in bank accounts.
