Ministry of Trade Intervenes in Business Selling Doner for 3,000 Lira

The Ministry of Trade has investigated allegations that a business in Kapalıçarşı is selling doner for 3,000 lira. Following social media posts, the ministry took action and prepared a record for 4 products of the business due to unfair price increases. Additionally, it was found that 12 products did not have cl/ml information, and the business was given an administrative fine.

Our Ministry's teams have taken action regarding the social media posts about a business in Kapalıçarşı selling doner for 3,000 lira. In the inspections carried out by our Istanbul Trade Provincial Directorate and the Fatih Municipality Police teams, it was determined that 100 grams of doner were being sold for 600 lira, and a record was prepared for 4 products due to unfair price increases.
