July Rent Increase Rate Announced: 32.03 Percent

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the inflation figures for June, which has also clarified the rent increase rate for July. Accordingly, the highest rent increase rate that can be applied to house and workplace rentals has been determined as 32.03 percent. Based on the data announced by TÜİK, the rent increase rate calculated based on the 12-month TÜFE average has determined the maximum rent increase rate that can be applied in rent contracts renewed in July. As of July, the rent increase ceiling for houses and workplaces has been set at 32.03 percent.
