International Arrest Warrant Issued for Telegram Founder Durov

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has announced the launch of an investigation into Telegram founder Pavel Durov on charges of supporting terrorism, and an international arrest warrant has been issued.According to the FSB, Telegram management failed to block channels, chats, and bots used by Ukrainian special services to carry out terrorist acts in Russia.These platforms, used to facilitate terrorist activities in Russia, have resulted in significant loss of life, including women and children, and caused billions of rubles in damage.Russian intelligence agencies claim that Ukrainian special services are using a dating program called 'Dayvınçik' on Telegram to contact Russian youth through female profiles, deceiving them into engaging in terrorist activities.
