School Attack in Thailand: 6 People Killed in Armed Attack by 14-Year-Old Student

At least 6 people were killed and 15 injured in an armed attack at Debsirin School in Nonthaburi, near Thailand's capital Bangkok. The attack was carried out by a 14-year-old student in the ninth grade. The attacker shot teachers and students before taking his own life. The wounded were taken to hospitals after receiving initial treatment from medical teams.Following the incident, students and teachers were evacuated from the school. At least two schools in the area decided to send their students home early after the attack, which started around 10:00 local time. Footage shared on social media showed students being quickly moved away from the school and security forces searching the premises to neutralize the attacker.
