Millions Bid Farewell in Tehran: Funeral for Iran's Leader Hamaney

A state funeral for Iran's spiritual leader Ali Hamaney has begun in Tehran. Following the air strike by Israel and the US, millions have gathered to pay their respects to Hamaney.
Iranian officials expect over 20 million people to attend the funeral. The ceremony, which started at the Imam Khomeini Musalla Mosque, has drawn citizens from across the country and numerous foreign dignitaries.
Iranian President Mesud Pezeşkiyan paid his respects with a prayer over Hamaney's coffin. The event was also attended by Foreign Minister Abbas Arakçi, Speaker of the Parliament Muhammed Bakır Kalibaf, and top commanders of the Revolutionary Guards.
Iran's chief negotiator, Muhammed Bakır Kalibaf, issued stern warnings to the US and Israel, stating that Iran would respond if they failed to uphold their commitments to end the war, and that the February 28 attack had not achieved its goals.
