T1 Tramway Line Services Return to Normal After Technical Fault

Following a technical fault on the T1 tramway line in Istanbul, Metro Istanbul made an announcement on its social media account. During the time the technical fault occurred, tram services were operated between Kabataş-Akşemsettin and Zeytinburnu-Bağcılar. An alternative transportation plan was put into effect to ensure passengers' transportation was not disrupted. Metro Istanbul announced that free İETT bus service was provided between Cevizlibağ-Zeytinburnu stations. After the technical fault was resolved, it was reported that services on the T1 tramway line returned to normal and transportation resumed without interruption.
