Frequent Teacher Changes: Parents Complain

In Antalya, a series of four teacher changes in a short period in an elementary school class led to parental complaints. An investigation by the Ombudsman Institution (KDK) found that students' right to education and equal opportunities in education were violated. The KDK recommended that the Ministry of Education appoint a teacher to the school. Following this recommendation, a class teacher from another school was assigned to the school for the 2026-2027 academic year. The KDK's investigation, prompted by parental complaints, revealed that the administration's fundamental responsibility is to provide education services not only in form but also in a pedagogically stable and continuous manner.
