New Record in Gas Supplies via the Power of Siberia Pipeline

A new record has been set in the Power of Siberia gas pipeline, a significant economic and trade link between Russia and China.Russian energy giant Gazprom has broken a new record in daily gas supplies to China via the Power of Siberia pipeline, with the third record of the year being set on July 25. The supplies are being carried out under a long-term agreement between Gazprom and China's CNPC.The approximately 3,000-kilometer-long Power of Siberia pipeline was launched at the end of 2019. The pipeline, which has a capacity of 38 billion cubic meters per year, reached its contractual maximum level on December 1, 2024. Total supplies in 2025 amounted to approximately 38.8 billion cubic meters.
