Seferihisar Mayor Ismail Yetiskin Detained in Bribery Investigation

As part of the bribery investigation into the Seferihisar Municipality in Izmir, Mayor Ismail Yetiskin, who was taken into custody, was arrested by the court.Of the 20 suspects detained by the Izmir Police Department's Financial Crimes Unit, 2 were released after testifying at the prosecutor's office, while Seferihisar Mayor Ismail Yetiskin and 11 others were arrested.Those arrested included the deputy mayor İ.K, private secretary İ.Ç, acting director of building control M.U., and city planner N.Ö.E.In the bribery investigation into the Seferihisar Municipality, detention orders were issued for 26 people, and 25 suspects were taken into custody during operations on June 25.
