The Kastamonu Provincial Police Department has announced that it has detected obscene content shares as part of its virtual patrol operations on the internet.Within this framework, as a result of the inspections and investigations carried out by the Cybercrime Department, it was stated that obscene content shares were detected on various social media accounts and access to 32 social media accounts was restricted.As part of the efforts to prevent citizens' victimization, prevent the spread of content containing criminal elements on the internet, and protect public order, a decision was made to restrict access to these accounts in line with the decision of the Kastamonu Court of First Instance.It was emphasized that the virtual patrol operations, which are carried out as part of the fight against cybercrime, will continue uninterrupted in order to detect and prevent crimes committed on the internet.
