Stray Dog Attack: 1.5-Year-Old Child Injured

In the Halfeti district of Şanlıurfa, a stray dog attacked and injured a 1.5-year-old child named Muhammed Ali Aral.The incident occurred in the Yukarı Göklü Mahallesi within the boundaries of the Halfeti Municipality. The injured child was rescued by relatives and taken to the Halfeti State Hospital. The child, who was injured on the head, was later referred to the Harran University Hospital after initial treatment and was discharged after completing treatment.The child's father, Aziz Aral, described the incident, stating that his child was rescued thanks to the intervention of his aunt and that his son received 4 stitches at the Halfeti State Hospital. Aral emphasized the need to collect stray dogs, saying, 'Stray dogs should be collected. They can harm not only my child but also the children of other families.'
