Flash Flood Hits Istanbul: Underpass Flooded After Heavy Rain

A heavy downpour in Istanbul's Güngören district has caused an underpass on Eski Londra Asfaltı Street to flood. The rapid rise in water level made it difficult for vehicles to pass through. Municipal teams were dispatched to the area after receiving a report and are working to drain the accumulated water. The street where the underpass is located has been closed to traffic in the direction of Edirne. Drivers are advised to use alternative routes due to the closure. Municipal authorities expect traffic to return to normal once the water drainage work is completed.
