Russia Continues Operation: Two More Settlements Under Control

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Russian troops have taken control of two more settlements in the Donetsk People's Republic and the Sumy region over the past 24 hours.Troops from the Central Military Group took control of the settlement of Svetloye in the Donetsk People's Republic, while troops from the Northern Military Group took control of the settlement of Novaya Sech in the Sumy region.The Russian Armed Forces neutralized 1,330 Ukrainian soldiers over the past 24 hours and destroyed 12 armored vehicles. Russian tactical aircraft, drones, missile and artillery units struck Ukrainian transportation infrastructure facilities and ammunition depots.Russian air defense forces intercepted four Neptune long-range guided missiles and 619 aircraft-type drones, and destroyed a Ukrainian unmanned boat in the Black Sea.
