It is reported that the suspect was preparing to attack a railway transportation facility in Pyatigorsk with a homemade explosive device following the orders he received.The statement noted that the suspect conducted a photographic reconnaissance of the target facility as part of his attack plan and then obtained the necessary chemical substances and components to prepare Molotov cocktails and homemade incendiary devices.
