Russia Downs Over 1,000 Ukrainian Drones in 24 Hours

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that over the past 24 hours, 1,134 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) targeting civilian facilities in Russia have been intercepted. It was also stated that precise strikes were carried out on military targets in Ukraine in response to terrorism. The Russian Ministry of Defense shared information about the developments in the special military operation area in Ukraine and Donbass over the past day. According to the ministry's statement, Russian air defense forces intercepted 11 guided air bombs and 1,134 UAVs launched by the Ukrainian army. Over the past 24 hours, more than 1,300 Ukrainian soldiers have been neutralized. In addition, 14 armored vehicles, including two tanks, belonging to the Ukrainian army were destroyed. Russian aircraft, drones, missile and artillery units struck energy and transportation infrastructure facilities, logistics centers, and long-range UAV production and storage facilities used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as 158 temporary deployment points of Ukrainian troops and foreign mercenaries.
