Russia and China Launch Joint Naval Exercise 'Maritime Interaction-2026'

The 'Maritime Interaction-2026' military exercise between the Russian and Chinese navies has officially begun with a ceremony at the Qingdao naval base in China.
The exercise, which will take place in the Yellow Sea until July 13, aims to strengthen the cooperation and coordination between the two countries' naval forces.
The participating units include warships, submarines, and support vessels. With the support of air forces, the exercise will focus on enhancing the coordination and joint action capabilities of the sailors.
The week-long program will include anti-submarine warfare, air defense operations, joint artillery firing exercises, and tactical maneuvers on joint search and rescue operations at sea.
