Russia and China Unite Against the West's Shifting Policies

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov emphasized that Moscow and Beijing are presenting a united front against the West's attempts to destabilize. Russia and China continue to share their vision for global politics, marking the 25th anniversary of their Good Neighborly, Friendly, and Cooperative Agreement. Lavrov stated that the two countries are opposed to the West's policies of ‘regime change’, ‘double standards’, and ‘unilateral sanctions’, saying:

Together with our Chinese friends, we advocate for political and diplomatic solutions based on the elimination of the underlying causes of conflicts. We never accept 'regime change', 'double standards', and 'unilateral sanctions' policies.

Russia and China are continuing to share their vision for global politics. Lavrov expressed appreciation for China's balanced approach to the Ukraine crisis. Lavrov noted that China has a deep understanding of the crisis's origins and is focused on a political solution. He expressed high regard for China's stance.
