Russia Attacks Ukraine's Maritime Infrastructure

Russia continues its military operation to counter threats from Ukraine. Russian forces are carrying out attacks on Ukraine's maritime infrastructure, particularly on ports and facilities used to support the Ukrainian military, using long-range drones.According to a statement by the Russian Ministry of Defense, various targets were hit during the evening and night hours. On the evening of August 14, fuel and oil storage facilities at the Yuzhny port and a patrol boat at the Odessa port were targeted. On the night of August 15, the infrastructure for storing and transporting military equipment at the Izmail port, as well as a military-technical equipment depot at the Odessa port, were hit.The Russian army is focusing on targeting only military facilities, defense industry facilities, and moving targets involved in the transport of military cargo. Russian soldiers are using precision-guided weapons and drones in these attacks.
