Russia Remains Open to Negotiations with Ukraine

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated that Russia remains open to negotiations with Ukraine and is ready to consider constructive proposals. Galuzin emphasized that Russia has never abandoned the evaluation of constructive proposals, including diplomatic contact forms.
Having reminded that the negotiation processes were interrupted by the Ukrainian side and that they imposed a ban on negotiations themselves, Galuzin noted that the emergence of new ideas does not depend on Moscow. Galuzin mentioned that months have passed since the last round of talks in Geneva, and Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Switzerland have also made offers of mediation and platforms.
