Russian Defense Ministry Weekly Report: Intensive Blow to Ukrainian Infrastructure

The Russian Defense Ministry published its weekly report on the operations conducted from July 11 to 17, 2026. According to the report, the control of port infrastructure, military logistics facilities, and a settlement were seized in the Donbass and Ukraine operations. The Russian Armed Forces carried out precision strikes using high-precision weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). As a result of these operations, the port infrastructure used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces for military cargo and fuel transportation/deployment was hit. Additionally, during the week, many ships that served the logistical needs of the Ukrainian army were neutralized. The Ministry reported that, as part of the operation, Ukrainian military-industrial facilities, ammunition depots, logistical centers, energy and transport infrastructure, as well as areas for the production and storage of long-range UAVs, were also targeted. The 'North' (Sever) Military Group's active operations resulted in the complete capture of the Bačevsk settlement in the Sumy region.
