Russia: We Understand Kiev is Not Seeking Genuine Peace

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that the Kiev regime is unwilling to find a peaceful solution to the conflict. Zakharova emphasized that Kiev's lack of independence is the primary reason for this situation. Russia is not under any illusion that Kiev is genuinely seeking peace.
