Russia Denies Allegations of Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Attack: A New Propaganda Effort

Russia's Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Anna Yevstigneyeva, categorically denied allegations that Russia was behind the attack on Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. Yevstigneyeva described these allegations as "a new propaganda effort". Russia stated that the Ukrainian army was trying to draw Minsk into the conflict by targeting a bus carrying Belarusian children.
