Russian Artistic Swimming Team Wins Gold at European Championships

The 2026 European Aquatics Championships are being held in Paris from July 31 to August 16. The Russian artistic swimming team won its first gold medal. The Russian national team is represented by Kira Cherezova, Maya Doroshko, Yekaterina Kossova, Elizaveta Minayeva, Svetlana Pavlova, Elena Shabanova, Elizaveta Smirnova, and Olga Tyutyunik. The Russian athletes scored 285.0346 points, followed by the Spanish national team, which won the silver medal, and the Italian national team, which took the bronze.
