Rubio on Reconstruction Fund for Iran

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that no decision has been made regarding the reconstruction fund for Iran, but the US government will not contribute to it.Rubio shared his views on the fund, saying:

No, it's too early for that. It's part of possible things. Our investment will not be there. It will not be the government's money. I think it will depend on progress in a number of other security issues that need to be addressed in the coming days
