The Board imposed the maximum administrative fine on advertisements with unsubstantiated hair growth claims and also took action against visa agency advertisements with unrealistic guarantees and ads exploiting religious sentiments.In the assessment, it was determined that the said advertisements exploited the religious feelings of our citizens for sales and marketing activities, and a provisional suspension decision was made for up to 3 months until the investigation process is completed.
Advertising Board Intervenes in Hair Growth Claims

The Trade Ministry's Advertising Board has ruled on over 21,000 files in the past 7 months, imposing administrative fines totaling over 185 million lira.
The Board reported that it reviewed and decided on 149 files related to deceptive commercial practices and unfair competition that harm consumers.
