Putin Inspects Aircraft Production During Visit to Irkutsk Aviation Factory

Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the Irkutsk Aviation Factory, where he closely examined the work being carried out at the facility.
Putin received detailed information about the first 18 MS-21 passenger planes to be put into serial production and the modernized Yak-130M combat training aircraft.
'Yakovlev' test pilot Aleksandr Guskov presented the modernized Yak-130M combat training aircraft to Putin for the first time and informed him about the plane's testing process and its notable features.
The Russian President emphasized that the new Yak-130M aircraft will be able to fulfill the tasks of destroying large drones and unmanned maritime vehicles (UMV) in conflict zones. The Yak-130M has been equipped with the latest avionics systems, allowing it to effectively engage ground and air targets, including heavy drones, in any weather conditions, day or night.
