Prof. Dr. Orhan Şen Warns: Heavy Rain is Coming Tomorrow, These Provinces Should Be Cautious!

Meteorology expert Prof. Dr. Orhan Şen has warned of heavy rain that will affect many provinces in Turkey tomorrow. Prof. Dr. Şen stated that there may be flooding and floods in Istanbul and the Marmara Region. The intensity of the rain is expected to exceed 10 kilograms per square meter in 1 hour and 80-90 kilograms in 12 hours. Many provinces, including those in the Western Black Sea Region, are expected to be under orange alert.Prof. Dr. Orhan Şen noted that the temperature in Istanbul will drop to 24 degrees on Saturday and this drop may cause significant events in the atmosphere. It was stated that the residents of Istanbul and the Marmara Region should be cautious, and the provinces such as Bartın, Zonguldak, Sinop, Samsun, and Giresun will also be affected by the rain.
