Major Military Exercise in Poland: Coalition of Volunteers to Take Action This Fall
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that a military exercise of the Coalition of Volunteers will be held in Poland this fall. Tusk emphasized that this international exercise will demonstrate the determination to ensure regional security. Tusk referred to the recent missile deliveries to Kiev and stated that Poland does not plan to send new shipments of weapons to Ukraine in the near future.

At the moment, there are no plans for a new shipment of military equipment to Ukraine.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov had criticized the stance of the countries known as the Coalition of Volunteers, describing them as a 'coalition of war provocateurs'. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had also reiterated that any arms shipments to Ukraine would be a legitimate target for Russia. The Russian administration had stated that the West's arming of Ukraine undermines the negotiation process, draws NATO countries into direct conflict, and is 'playing with fire'.Poland and its allies continue to strengthen their military capabilities to enhance regional security. The upcoming military exercise of the Coalition of Volunteers this fall is seen as part of these efforts.
